A large corner desk with a circular edge made from quarter-sawn golen oak. It was most probably made in the 1930s. The top lifts off for transport. There are 3 drawers in the top of the desk. Underneath in the knee-hole there is a large storage cupboard. Each pedestal has a draw at the bottom and above tha drawer is a compartment each with 3 sliding, removeable trays. two of the trays have 2 decks. the surfaces of the desk have been restored, there is no damage or scratches.At one time there were shelf units along the wall sides of the desk but they have been removed.
The desk is 79cm high and each wall-side is 117cm, the front of the desk is 126cm from the corner and at the front edge the desk is 165cm across.
