A very well executed Georgian mahogany miniature chest of drawers, often referred to as "apprentice pieces" these miniatures were sometimes used as salesman's samples or for window display. This miniature stands on bracket feet and has 3 long and two short drawers, all beautifully dovetailed and retaining their original turned wooden knobs, locks, key and escutcheon's and also a good colour and patina. 320mm high, 260mm wide and 200mm deep. Circa 1800.
