This superb 19th-century mahogany Davenport desk is a refined example of English craftsmanship, made in the manner of Gillows—one of the most renowned furniture makers of the Georgian and Regency periods. Featuring a sliding front panel and a tooled leather writing surface, this antique Davenport combines elegance with function.
