In Cuban mahogany and retaining a good colour and patina this Canterbury is of elegant design and has some interesting details among which is the mitre to the top edge of the drawer and underside of the rail giving a very slim finish when the drawer is closed. In good and original condition. 540mm high, 560mm wide and 360mm deep. Circa 1815. W J Gravener Antiques is a family owned business, started in 1963 by William who was joined by son, Mark in 1981 and continues today with the same ethos of dealing in fine quality English and Continental furniture, mirrors and decorative objects, from the 18th & 19th centuries.
