This Arts & Crafts sideboard is made of solid walnut and has a canted front with cupboards either side of four graduated drawers. The cupboard doors have double fielded panels and they, along with the drawers, have shaped wooden handles of a darker, contrasting colour. It has exposed dovetails where the sides meet the top and the bottom and it also has unusual flared, six-sided feet. The drawer linings are made of oak, as is the back.

Displaying elements of both the Cotswold School and the Brynmawr antique furniture makers, it may have been made by someone affiliated with either one or both of these.
