A Chippendale period Cuban mahogany side chair. On square tapered legs with block feet and fretted brackets. The pierced back is one piece of finely grained mahogany and the top rail has extravagantly carved scrolls. In very good and original condition and of good colour and patina. 970mm high, 560mm wide, 520mm deep and 470mm seat height. Circa 1760.
