A truly magnificent 9ft butcher’s cutting table. This stunning table has a very substantial 1 1/4 inch thick sycamore planked top and stands upon a pine base and legs. This table is in truly outstanding condition and a very rare piece of Edwardian antique furniture. The base of the table is constructed of large pieces of pine and stands upon 4 substantial legs each side section of the table has a decorative finish, the whole base if the table is held together with large steel bolts which add charm and character to this piece. This piece has been removed from a local clearance where it has been in the family for many years, prior to that it was in a large butchers shop. As sycamore is a natural disinfectant against germs it was used in the construction of butchers blocks and antique tables.

This wonderful rare table with its original rustic charm would add elegance to any country kitchen
