8 (6 + 2) Regency revival satinwood dining chairs
Antique set of 8 (6 + 2) Georgian Regency revival satinwood dining chairs.
These are heavy, quality chairs dating from the early 20C (in the Georgian style), which have a lot of age and charm.
Lovely proportions and styling, with stuff over seats.
Solid and heavy, with no loose joints.
Overall maximum dimensions
Carver 565mmW x 600mmD x 900mmH (470mmH seat, when sat on).
Chair 550mmW x 550mmD x 900mmH (470mmH seat when sat on).
Historic knocks, marks, wear to finishes, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique furniture. Generally the upholstery is of good quality and in good condition and there is just a little wear and a few light marks. There are noticeable marks to two of the seats. The fabric is a quality cut pile velour stripe, which does catch the light slightly depending on which way the pile is laying (making some of the pictures look less than flattering). We have not inspected components concealed beneath the fabric.
