19thC French Marble Top Table
French Furniture.
This beautifully stylish French Washstand dates to the end of the 19th century. It would originally have taken a jug and bowl set and been used in the bedroom. Today it could be equally at home in the Bathroom, or the Bedroom as a dressing table.
The marble top is completely original and in excellent condition. It has gentle figuring and a beautiful mellow salmon pink colour.
The French Oak frame stands on 4 nicely balanced french cabriole legs giving the whole piece a strong stylish presence. It has a single drawer with dummy drawers either side. Original turned wooden knobs
Very good condition throughout.
Dimensions: 100cm high, 81cm wide, 46cm deep.
