Elegant early 19th.c. French Empire style settee c.1820. Mahogany frame with a straight top rail over gracefully shaped arms with Egyptian influence carved detail and four sabre legs to the front. Vintage upholstery in a gold velvet damask to the backrest, arms and sprung seat. Very good condition, the frame has been cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Serviceable upholstery.
