19th Century Purple Malachite Pressed Glass Vase
A beautiful purple malachite marbled pressed glass pedestal vase in superb condition. This decorative piece has fluted and moulded banding and three fin type handles. The marbling on this superb vase is particularly strong, as is the crispness of the moulding.
The vase has the lozenge mark of Davidson of Gateshead impressed on the base and is dated 1877. A very decorative piece of 19th Century glass, perfect as a stand alone vase, or to add to a collection.
