19th Century Japanese Imari Koro
We are selling this woonderful traditional 19th Century Japanese imari koro decorated in the traditional way with deep blue, burnt oranges and golds. It has three legs, two handles and a mythical creature as a finial on the lid.
Measuring 11 inches in width with the total height being almost 15 inches. The koro itself in good original condition. The lid has been broken and re-glued together at sometime in the past. (see picture - hard to see because of imari pattern).
