A fabulous 19th Century four fold leather screen, the panels painted with exotic birds and blossoms within embossed and studded borders. The background is a lovely soft yellow, the perfect foil for the vivid colours of the decoration. The condition of the screen is reasonably good, there are no tears to the leather. The back of the panels are lined with paper and there is evidence of minor restoration, this is not detrimental to the appearance or use of the screen. A beautiful antique leather screen to add style and glamour wherever placed.
