19th Century Anglo-Indian teak military chest, having brass mounts, brass recessed handles and carrying handles at the sides, the chest consisting of four drawers, a secretaire drawer at the top which pulls out to reveal a nice fitted interior with various drawers and compartments, a green leather writing surface decorated with gold tooling, standing on turned feet. this piece splits into two for easy transportation. Circa 1840.
