A large and impressive 19th cent.watercolour entitled The Cottage Homes of England by George Charles Haite.A group of ancient cottages by a wide and open track with cattle depicted in late autumn/early winter.
Signed Geo. C Haite '91.
In original gilt gesso frame with cresting.

Overall 75 cms x 114 cms.
Artist's label with title to the reverse.
