19th C. Traditional Staffordshire Pottery Toby Jug
This wonderful 19th C. Staffordshire pottery toby jug is in the traditional style of a gentleman seated holding a pint wearing clothes of the period and a tricorn hat. The jug measures 5 1/8 in – 13 cm wide, 7 1/8 in – 18 cm deep and 10 ¼ in – 26 cm in height. The jug has been well used with marks and the odd small chip to commensurate with age. This very decorative and quintessentially English piece of pottery would make a great accent piece to many different styles and decors.
