Stunning Circa 1929 Lace Side Art Deco Edwin Guth Chandelier Fan. As Specified In Their 1929 Catalog, This Model No. R3134-4LTS. This Example Has Been Restored In Aged Brushed Copper Finish, Very Apprporiate For The Time Period. Down Draft Blade Design Is Signature Edwin F. Guth. A Pull Chain Switch Is Mounted To The Side, This Gives The Operator Lights Only, Fan Only, Or Fan And Light Combination.
Ventilation Promotes Better Health. The Circulation Of Air Not Exceeding 300 Feet Per Minute Velocity Will Not Cause Injurious Drafts And Will Promote Dissipation Of Heat From The Body By Evaporation Of Perspiration.
Guth-Fan Drawing Air Upward At A Low Velocity Throwing It Outward Toward The Walls At An Average Speed Of 300 Feet Per Minute 3 Feet From The Center Of The Fan Will Carry Very Little Dust. Most Every Other Type Of Mechanical Fan Lifts And Circulates Dust Which Is A Most Dangerous Element To Health.
