Wonderful all Original Example of quite possibly the most saught after Manhattan Electric Supply Co. fan. MESCO didn't miss a beat when deciding to utilize this impressive cage badge on their small 8" desk model. The "$" is a great addition to the grill on this little guy! The ball shaped brush motor is very small in scale yet easily turns the blade giving a great breeze. Voltage is not specified on the motor tag but have seen these listed as being 6V dc, this example and others I have read about operate perfectly on 12V dc. Cast iron base contains the original switch and gold lettering noteing Off On. Brass blade and guard have a beautiful 100 plus year patina and are a perfect compliment to the original black enamel finish. Rare opportuity to own a rare fan!!
