A beautiful and rare Welsh Stick chair, West Wales mid to late 18th century, displaying the most wonderful colour and deep patina.
Constructed from ash it remains original throughout and is free from repair. Very strong and stable, standing well with pleasant proportions, suitable for daily use. It is remarkably comfortable for a primitive chair, the rake to the back being especially pleasant.
