This fine mid 18th century bowl is in very good condition, apart from a little fritting around the base and the rim. There is a small hairline crack from the rim but with a gentle tap it rings clear as a bell. Any other minor blemishes are merely firing and glazing issues, they lacked quality control officers in those days. Nothing actually spoils this very pretty and not over decorated bowl. I feel sure that this is English Delft.
