18th. Century Chippendale Period Tea Table
A good Chippendale Period mahogany tea / side table. The rectangular shaped 2 leaf top with good patina and decoratively carved edge. The leaf opens to a polished interior and is supported by a single gate leg. The table is raised on square legs with blind fret carving, chamfered inside edges with cross grain friezes. In good original condition with one or two old stains and bumps. Fully cleaned and waxed. Dimensions:- Height…28.75’’/ 73cm. Width…34.5’’/ 87.5cm. Depth…17.25’’/ 44cm. Open Depth…35’’/ 89cm.
