This is a handsome English elm coffer dating from the late 18th century with a wonderful golden colour and a good patina. The coffer is a lovely original example in super order. This has its original handforged iron hinges and iron lock (no key). The chest is a good size measuring 127cm long, 49cm high and 39cm deep.
