Circa 1650-1680

Ornate crest rail ,with side ears over ornate carved double panel back.

Down swept arms which is typical of the halifax / leeds region chairs

Two plank seat (which is later) over turned front legs ,the rear legs straight united by a box stretcher.

Good colour and patina .

A substantial chair with presence.
