Vintage LMS Railway Station Brass Hand Bell
This attractive hand bell dates from the first half of the twentieth century. We believe it to be a station hand bell. It is made from brass with an oak handle and has LMS cast into the top of the bell. It retains its clanger.
Condition: Overall in good condition with some wear consistent with age and use. The bell has been highly polished over the years, and some of the definition is worn away. There is some wear, scratching and corrosion to the metalwork in places.
