Superb Victorian tea caddy covered in stunning burr amboyna wood veneers, edged with a mother of pearl and ebony inlaid border .
The hinged lid with its decorative central cartouche spelling out "TEA" opens to reveal two compartments for storing tea with removable inner lids with ebony handles. An attractive solid box in excellent condition with minor scuffs and marks inline with age and use.
