This is a beautiful and impressive Hinks oil lamp. The acid etched clear shade is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The Hinks No. 2 burner works perfectly and the cut glass font is in great condition with no chips or cracks. The Corinthian brass column is also in great condition with no dents or ripples. The final photo of the base of the lamp gives some indication of the thickness and quality of the base. The oil lamp stands an impressive 76cm tall (excluding the chimney) and the base is 13.2cm square.
