An original copper engraved map of Wiltshire by Robert Morden from Camden's Britannia published in 1695 by Edmund Gibson, Bishop of Lincoln, printed by F. Collins for Abel Swale at the West end of St. Paul's Church yard and Awnsham and John Churchill at the Black Swan in Paternoster Row.

Printed on hand-laid paper with later hand-colouring, centre-fold as published and blank verso. Held up to the light there appears to be a small watermark similar to a bunch of grapes.

Dimensions: Paper 39 x 43 cm, Imprint (image) - 35 x 41.5 cm

Condition: Fine antique condition without tears or repairs. Stuck loosely to another piece of hand-laid paper, presumably to provide additional support and protection. Margins somewhat narrow on vertical sides but it is a good clean image which would frame very well.

Postage & packing: £6 within the UK, sent either rolled in a cardboard tube or flat between stiff cardboard.
