An original copper engraved map of Cumberland (now Cumbria) by Robert Morden from Camden's Britannia published in 1695 by Edmund Gibson, Bishop of Lincoln, printed by F. Collins for Abel Swale at the West end of St. Paul's Church yard and Awnsham and John Churchill at the Black Swan in Paternoster Row.

Printed on hand-laid paper, uncoloured, two vertical folds as published and blank verso.

Dimensions: Paper 41.5 x 51 cm, Imprint (image) - 36.5 x 42 cm

Condition: Fine antique condition without tears (apart from a small nick in the wide margin on right side) or repairs and generous margins. No stains within the image - it would frame very well.

Postage & packing: £6 within the UK, sent either rolled in a cardboard tube or flat between stiff cardboard.
