A good quality late 19th cent.Pocket Aneroid Barometer with original Leather Case..The Barometer case is of Gilt Metal, it has a Silvered and engraved Dial with a Thermometer in bottom segment..There is a narrow band of Blue Enamel surrounding the glass dial.It is marked on the back 'Thornhill,144, New Bond Street'.A very attractive piece. c.1890.Dimensions 3"Diam x 1.25" I am listed as a Private Dealer but some of my Stock can be viewed at The Antique Shop, 53, High Street Heathfield E.Sussex.If you wish, I am am able meet you there to discuss any items and also bring along any items which are not on Antiques Atlas but not displayed in the Shop.
