A large pair of very attractive, 19th cent brass candlesticks with turned columns and circular bases. They are in excellent strong original condition. Sizes: 9 ½ “(24 cms) high, 4 ½ “(12cms) diameter. Date circa 1840. I have reluctantly decided that after 60 years spent in this marvellous business it is, figuratively speaking, time to hang up my cheque book. I have therefore made considerable reductions to the prices of most of my stock. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if any items are of interest. Deliveries carried at as normal. In the early 1970’s I moved to Hertfordshire where I opened my own business and created a limited company.
Today, my business is carried out via the internet. Any successful antiques business, and particularly mine, remains a way of life and a hobby, it continues to give me enormous enjoyment and satisfaction.
