A very fine, early 19th century mahogany Stick Barometer. Silvered brass register scales signed ‘Thomas Knight, Fecit’ with Fahrenheit thermometer and manually operated vernier slide, protected by glazed door. Lovely quality herringbone veneer to the trunk, edge moulded, and chevron string-ing.
