Large Pair Of Brass And Enamel Lamps With Shades
Fabulous pair of very decorative and extremely good quality brass and off white enamelled table lamps with large vintage "drum" style silk shades.
The lamps can be used with the existing vintage silk shades as they cradle into the white glass up lighters, or you may perhaps use them as up lighters only.
They are a grand proportion, country house style, but also quite fine and elegant too.
The condition of the lamps is good to both with just a few very minor chips to the enamel as you can see from the photos.
The vintage silk shades do have some marks to them, nothing drastic, so I would personally keep them, or you may prefer to have them recovered.
They have been rewired and are in full working order. Priced as the pair.
Measuring:
40 1/4” or 102cm high
6 1/2” or 16.5cm base diameter
15” or 38cm shade diameter
39 1/2” or 100.5cm to top of white glass shade Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!
