Large 1930s Lined Aluminium Trunk Airline Suitcase

A super piece, dating back to the time of early passenger flights in the 1930s, the trunk is studded and bound with brass and has strong leather handles
The catches work well but we do not have a key to operate the main lock in the centre, the trunk is lined with midnight blue velvet, this would make a super coffee table or quirky storage in any room
The trunk is sound with some scuffing of the surface, the lining is clean it is a good piece from a time gone by with an industrial look
The trunk is 16” high, 41” wide and 21” deep back to front
