An immediately recognisable piece of classic Georg Jensen.

The rhomboid pendant is suspended from a circular bale from one corner and is about 4.5cm across. The back has London import hallmarks for George Jensen, 1970 and, separately: Danish Sterling hallmarks, Jensen maker's mark and pattern number 368.

This pattern was designed in the 1960's by Henning Koppel, who designed for Jensen from 1945-81.

The pendant is offered for sale in its original box, together with the original 1970 receipt from Georg Jensen, New Bond St., London. The pendant cost £13 5s 0d - equivalent to about £500 in today's money (average UK weekly wage was less than £20 in 1970 - today it is about £700)
I trade in small silver, jewellery and objets d'art. I sell primarily at antiques fairs and in cabinets in Christique Antique Centre in Dorking. I keep hardly any stock at home, if you want to buy something and need it urgently, I will usually do it the next day, but it may take me some time to respond if you need extra photographs and/or details about the piece that I do not have to hand, as I typically visit the antiques centre just once a week.
