We are offering this immaculate and well engineered brass model of a Coal Miner, standing with his hand on a Coal Cart full of coal. The cart is standing on brass tracks and there is a plaque affixed to the surface of the base embossed Cymru (Wales), below a Welsh dragon. The whole model is fixed on a solid rosewood base and is of Welsh coal mining interest.

We have read that miners made these models to raise money during strikes, but do not know if that is correct and, if so, whether this is one of those.
