Huge Builders Trowel, Pub Decoration, Shop Trade Sign

It is very difficult to describe the size and proportions of this piece, it is an exact replica (except for the size) of a builders trowel. It is made in Steel with a wooden handle and the steel blade is painted advertising the “BISHOP AND CAIN, BUILDERS Co, Builders Merchants”
This piece came from a Pub (needless to say it was called the Brick Layers Arms) I don’t know when it was painted but the lettering is in reasonably good condition, a little bit scuffed no more
The Trowel is 59” long, 17” wide and it has a12” handle
