Wonderful antique giltwood overmantel mirror dating from 1870.
Retaining it's original gold leaf water-gilding which is in very good overall condition.
Original mercury silvered mirror plate with attractive overall foxing and also a lovely sparkle to the silvering.
Original backing boards, hanging plates and ceramic bun feet.
Sizes 123.5 cm max width at base. 84 cm tall. Main frame width 111 cm.
