This is a very fine quality antique Feraghan carpet which dates from the late 19th century. The carpet has a stunning design with stepped pole medallion and full floral decoration in a very vibrant colour palette. The rich red, gold and a stunning blue, all still very vibrant. With some slight wear at the ends and some even wear to the central medallion this is otherwise in good condition and has a very good depth of colour.
A bit of a show stopper, great for wall or floor, the carpet is a good size measuring 222 cms x 127 cms.
