This is an antique dandy's walking cane. An English, fruitwood stick with hallmarked silver handle, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1900.
Dashing gentleman's cane with delightful finish and appearance
Displays a desirable aged patina and in good original order — some tarnish present
Fruitwood shaft shows graduated, warm to deep caramel hues
Hallmarked silver handle ornately engraved with foliate pattern
Lightly polished hallmarks appear to be for U& WS, with London assay mark and E date letter
Brass ferrule to opposite end with lightly aged finish
