Made by Hugh Wallis of Altrincham, and stamped with his HW monogram, this large charger is made of oxidised and planished copper with an inlaid pewter lion and pewter banding around the edge.

It has a diameter of 58cm.

It is in very good, unpolished condition with a lovely patina and the pewter largely intact.
