A Cotswold School 'Gardiner' Rocking Chair
Designed by Ernest Gimson in 1906, this rocking chair is made of ash stained a mid-brown colour and it has a rush seat. It was made by Neville Neal, c.1970, and bears his stamp to a back leg.
It stands 107cm high and 53cm wide.
It is in very good condition, including the rush seat, having been stripped and waxed.
