We are pleased to offer this ornate late 19th Century Brass Table Lamp and Shade by the makers of the Downton Abbey TV series lampshades.

The Lamp has a flared circular base with reverse dragooned edging, three scroll feet, and is embellished with swags and bunches of grapes. Above this is a reversed dragooned socle exiting from which are three flat corinthian style column style pilasters, which terminate in a larger socle, topped with a smaller gadrooned section.

The shade is in the 'Ballerina' style and is made with a gold sateen crown, a black and gold silk damask body, gold fringe, long gold tassels, the whole trimmed with black and gold gimp.

The lamp has been completely rewired with antique gold coloured braided flex and all new fittings. As with all electrical items, it is recommended that it be checked by a qualified electrician before use.
