Polished alloy light made by Benjamin Lighting Ltd (the makers of stylish industrial pendant shades). The lens has in relief 'AMDGW' - Air Ministry Directorate General of Works. This is a WWII RAF airfield runway approach lamp that has been stripped and polished, refurbished with new wiring and PAT tested. It swivels on a 1930s beech theodolite tripod stand and can also be tilted up and down.
Comes with an in-line foot on/off switch.
We welcome visits to our 3000 sq ft warehouse in Norwich (postcode NR18 9PX), but please ask first as this is by appointment only. If travelling by train , we can meet you at Norwich Station or more locally, Wymondham Station.
