Tidy Mahogany Dining Table, Seat 8
Description
Just in from a local house. A windout extending table that has been well looked after and is in really good condition, with hardly any sign of useage over many years. It is a great size which is quite rare. Most of these tables are 107 or 120 cms wide, this one is 100 a size we have often been asked for but have been unable to obtain through scarcity. It is an 8 seater with ease as the pictures show with the ability to take out two leaves either together or one only. A lot of flexibility. The table height is also a little taller than many at 30 inches, 76 cms most being that inch or so lower. This 19th century table has good colour and a lovely shape to the turned leg, the top has the ever popular rounded corner too............ We have a number of sets of chairs available to go with this table if required. The set of eight balloon backs currently around it are available and very keenly priced.

Oak Two Drawer Filing Cabinet
Description
A really useful addition to go with the desk in any office, be this in your home or elsewhere. A rather rare Oak two drawer filing cabinet which has fitted drawers, please see pictures, these fittings will slide in or out as needed. In tidy overall condition it does have a little useage marking from over the last 100yrs or so. The brass handles are original and in good condition, the draws run as they were intended and the whole cabinet sits on appealing spade feet.

Edwardian Two Tier Inlaid Mahogany Table.
Description
A very pretty Edwardian inlaid Mahogany occasional table with two tiers. The legs are inlaid with a fan pattern support under the lower tier. The top is inlaid around the outside edge on both levels. In nice tidy condition after a clean in our workshops and a rewaxing to enhance the grain. The legs at the bottom attached in support with the crinoline stretchers. not to be missed at this very keen price of only £385.00.

Oak Stools With Rush Seat. Rare Pair.
Description
A pair of stools in Oak with rush seats. One is in almost perfect condition the other does have some rubbing on the rush but minor. They are both solid and the wood is in tidy condition. They have the twin turned support stretchers and the pad feet. We have a single one listed for £130 but the pair can be a highly competitive £200 for both. Pairs normally command a premium of course.

19th C Rosewood Side Table Beautiful Condition
Description
This is a lovely Rosewood side table in beautiful condition. There is a drawer on one side and there are two dropping leaves. These can be used up or down as the pictures show. Graining in the rosewood is really good as is the finish. the well detailed legs are connected with a turned stretcher giving stability. If an occasional or side table like this is something you are looking for, we suggest it would be hard to find a better example.

Small Oak Stool With Rush Seat, Great Condition.
Description
A lovely small stool, circa 1900 in very nice condition. All rush is good, no strands escaping. The Oak Wood work is tidy and we have given it a clean and rewaxing. It has rather pleasing double stretchers coming from the turned ones on the ends, everything sitting on a turned ball shape covered by a pad. All in all a great little stool at sensible money.

19thC Gilt Overmantle Mirror, Good Detailing
Description
A good looking 19th Century over mantle mirror with fine detailing and a good mirror. glass appears to be original with just a tiny amount of foxing. A reassuring amount really. The frame itself has had very little repairing done over the last century plus, nearer two actually. It has been refinished in its life hence the very tidy look and we have given it a clean in our workshops. ready to fix to your wall. Unusual Oak Bow Front Corner Cupboard, Cabinet.
Description
This Oak corner cabinet is a rather special example. I know we have had numerous examples over the years but this one has the break front with the pillars to the sides.I dont think we have ever had a bow fronted one with breakfront inlaid pillars to the sides previously. These pillars are reeded and carry the inlay to the top and bottom of each. The H hinges are tidy and fully operational and what we believe is the original escutcheon in front of the lock. There is a key but although working the lock is worn and not perfect. This cupboard dates from the 1700s and some later work, ie adding of the castellations on the cornice. It is tidy inside, having been painted over the years in green, a popular thing to have been done on these. The cross banded Oak doors are quarter sawn and display good examples of medullary rays in the grain. A lovely example with good colour and graining in very presentable overall condition. Very Sensible price too

Solid 5 Branch Brass Ceiling Light Fitting.
Description
This brass ceilng or centre light from the early half of the last century is not the normal example. This one is heavy, solid and well made. It has 5 branches and a substantial brass chain that can hang from the rose or hook on your ceiling. It has had a light clean, if you wanted it to look brighter it is easily possible with further cleaning, but many may well prefer the mellowed appearance it currently has. Castings are clean, crisp and well detailed We have had this on the bench and it is in full working order as can be seen in one of the pictures.. You should have this checked by your electrician before use however to ensure compliance with current regulations. The height mentioned below is without the chain length. Cream Skimmers, 4 Off
Description
Hopefully the offer of the month. These seem to sell for £65 to £85 each as a general rule. Here we are able to offer 4. The one on the left is particularly detailed. The handle has an interesting repair, maybe stood on by a cow and as things were repaired 100 plus years ago not just replaced, it has been repaired. Two others have wooden handles one with signs of some worm but we have sat this in killer so they would be seriously robust if making it through that. The four are £100 the lot. Priced to sell. Largest round is 24cms, tallest is 55cms. Could look good in a restaurant or maybe a dairy selling farm produce, or they could sit in a tea room. Perhaps best of all in your kitchen. Pretty Victorian Trinket ( Dressing Table) Set
Description
A pretty Victorian dressing table/ Trinket set of six pieces. THe ring holder seems to have an almost unseen tiny crack but nothing loose or missing, the other pieces all seem in sound condition with no signs of colour loss over the last 100 years plus.
