Yew & Elm Stickback Windsor Armchair c.1790.
Lovely example of the traditional stickback Windsor armchair c.1790. Shaped solid elm seat and yew wood back, arms and spindles. On turned legs joined with a crinoline stretcher. Excellent conditon with earlier restorations to the right front leg. Particularly good colour and patina to the arms and seat.
