West Country Windsor Chair C. 1820
An early 19th century west country double bow windsor chair of ash, elm and beech. Traces of original green paint and with a later - but old - traditional red finish. Legs with lower egg and reel turnings and hand drawn spindles. Attributed to Penwith region of Cornwall.
