Late Georgian Welsh oak kitchen cupboard of a type known as a ‘Cwpwrdd Bara Caws’ or bread and cheese cupboard c.1810. Two door cupboard top with the vented door panels typical of the form and fitted with three shelves. Over a two door cupboard base with two drawers at the waist. Moulded cornice, attractive patterned piercing to the vented panels, and quiet unusual mahogany crossbanded frieze to both the top and bottom sections. Later brass door knobs and drawer handles. Original base moulding and bracket feet. Deal side panels, back and floor boards. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Keys supplied.
