Super cute 1940's Volupte USA powder compact and lipstick in the form of a hand mirror. The lid is black and white spot design and this delightful compact has its original puff and sifter. The handle holds the integral lipstick compartment which is empty. The external mirror has some surface scratches and one small deeper scratch/flaw. It is in fabulous condition.
