The chair has been almost completely stripped and new upholstery applied - reused springs,new hessian,washed horsehair,new calico,new cotton wadding,new Osborne&Little velvet I have been an upholsterer for 20 years with qualifications in upholstery and soft furnishings at City&Guild level
