A very nice Vintage Silver & Enamel Snuff Box, the lid with a lovely enamel scene depicting a young man and woman.
The box is hallmaked on the interior lip of the lid with the maker's (or importer's) mark "HBMLtd", the ">925" sterling Silver Mark, the London town import mark and the date letter "q" for 1931/32.

Date 1931 1930s Antiques Material Silver Origin Continental Maker HBMLtd Condition The box is in very good condition but does have some very minor light scratches to the base and a small chip in the enamel, very minor imperfections, mentioned for accuracy, they do not detract in the slightest from this lovely snuff box (see photo).
